Common fixes
- No sound in my video. Start your audio playing in the other app before you tap Record, and keep it playing. Some apps and some content don't allow their audio to be captured; try audio you own in another app.
- On iPhone, recording doesn't start. When the system sheet appears, choose SyncTake and tap Start Broadcast. To finish, stop the broadcast from the sheet SyncTake shows after you stop recording.
- On Android, recording doesn't start. Allow SyncTake to capture when Android asks. SyncTake uses this only for device audio; it does not save your screen.
- My video isn't in Photos or Gallery. Check that SyncTake has permission to save to Photos or Gallery in your device settings, then open the recording in SyncTake and Save again. Your recording stays in SyncTake until you delete it.
- Running out of storage. Recordings are large. Open the recordings library from the thumbnail on the camera screen to see how much space each one uses, and delete the ones you've already saved.
- The audio is slightly early or late. In Review, tap Edit and use Audio timing to move the audio until it lines up.
